Well Not much has been going on here lately. I started a new program recently to up my weight lifting program and decided to do the Body for Life Challenge. Well I have to get to bed.

    Your not going to lose much weight by weight lifting. Alot of running will help

    Actually muscle burns fat. I was a sports medicine/management major in college. The more muscle you have the more fat you burn.
