Well Not much has been going on here lately. I started a new program recently to up my weight lifting program and decided to do the Body for Life Challenge. Well I have to get to bed.

Well it has been about a week since I have gotten a chance to post. I seemed to have plateaued with my weight for a while. I am planning on upping my workouts starting tomorrow to see if i can bust through.

I got a new computer and MP3 player this weekend. I had to return the first tower that we got, the video card was fried. I loaded the MP3 player up, I even found some cadence for when I run. Cadence usually motivates me to run better. It took me almost 6 hours to find enough music I like to put on the player and I still did not use the whole 2 GB. Well there is not much else right now.

Well, today was kinda of boring. Went to work came home, rode the bike for a while. Sariah is out of town, so I am kinda lonely and bored. I am going to start posting my weight check only once a week. It gets kind of depressing looking at the same numbers every day.

Oh yeah take a look at my profile pick. T his is what I am going to look like when I am done, except less green. Just kidding I plan on being a lot smaller, maybe.

Sorry guys had problems in my personal life.
I will try to keep up this time.


Just a quick update. I had a few set backs. Injuries and personal problems caused me to slack of some and I gained half of the weight back. Well problems solved, and injuries healed. I am back on the road towards earning the title. The injures were from pushing myself to hard too fast. So this time I am going to take it slower. I have lost five of the pounds that I gained back. Got a new diet plan designed just for me and a new workout plan. Hopeully I will be good to go within the next six months.

Parris Island here I come!!!
